Location
Casa Zee sits inside Costa Cumaná, a gated beachfront community in Santa María Colotepec on the Oaxaca coast — about 20 minutes east of Puerto Escondido's Zicatela and La Punta, 36 minutes from Puerto Escondido airport (PXM) and about 1 h 15 from Huatulco (HUX). The beach in front is long, quiet and wild; sunsets are the main event. Exact address shared at booking.

The fine print, in plain sight
Your request is sent to Bayside Vacations, the host, by SEVA Tulum (VALHALL, S. de R.L. de C.V.), which acts as booking agent and as your planner for the stay. Nothing is charged when you request. A booking exists only once Bayside Vacations confirms it in writing. Once confirmed, payment follows Bayside Vacations’ terms: 50% of the rent within 48 hours, the balance 30 days before arrival (90 days for monthly and Christmas/New Year stays), by card, transfer or cash.
Any security deposit is set and handled by Bayside Vacations under their terms, before check-in. You remain responsible for damages caused by your party.
Use of pools, terraces and all villa facilities is entirely at your own risk, including for children, who must be supervised at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEVA, Bayside Vacations, the property owner and their staff and agents are not liable for personal injury, illness, death, loss, theft or damage occurring at or around the villa, however arising. You indemnify and hold harmless SEVA, Bayside Vacations and the owner against any claims by members of your party or your visitors.
No refund or compensation is due for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, hurricanes, sargassum, utility or internet interruptions, construction noise, governmental actions or other force majeure. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Concierge services (chefs, transfers, spa, excursions and similar) are provided by independent third parties under their own terms; SEVA acts solely as coordinator and accepts no liability for their acts or omissions.
These terms are governed by the laws of Quintana Roo, Mexico; exclusive venue lies with the courts of Quintana Roo. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stands. Accepting these terms at checkout constitutes your electronic signature for your entire party.
